  • Our flatlets (20-25 sqm) are simply equipped, however, comfortably with shower-bath/wc and a small kitchen area as well as dishes.
  • All apartments are equipped with seperate beds and bedclothes.
  • WLAN/Internet and TV is available 24 hours.
  • The next coach binding and several shops and supermarkets are in close vicinity.

Pricelist

PRICES:
  • Flatlet or suite from 2 persons: Weekly flat rate EUR 145 plus 10 % VAT / person
 
  • Single flatlet: Weekly flat rate EUR 205 plus 10 % VAT 
 
  • Prices include all operating (CAM) costs
 
  • WiFi and washing machine are exempt from charges
FINAL CLEANING:
  • Flatlet € 35 / Suite € 50
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
  • A short-term rental contract is agreed for the stay. The apartments can only be rented for professional stays or for training purposes.
